Born and raised in Kingsville, Texas, R.D. Norris grew up with a strong sense of justice and a passion for helping others. He attended Texas State University in San Marcos before earning his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. After years in the Texas heat, he decided to trade it for Tennessee’s cooler weather and scenic outdoors.
